Linda Yaccarino officially started her new role as Twitter CEO on Monday this week. Many have voiced concerns over her role as an Executive Chair on the World Economic Forum (WEF), which is a valid concern. However, when it comes to the concept of freedom of speech, and weighing in on what should or should not be censored the role she played within the Censorship Industrial Complex is far more concerning if it ends up being a reflection of her decision-making for the so-called digital town square.
After spending a solid week reading an endless sea of communications at Twitter HQ to help cover the Twitter Files, it became evident how decisions were made on who to censor and which organizations, agencies and NGO’s lobbied for such censorship.
A plethora of requests sought to censor political opponents, remove dissenting opinions or views that simply countered the approved narrative of [Covid Origin, Masks, Vaccines, Elections, Climate Change, Gender, the Ukraine War, etc.]
The journalists who uncovered the machine powering such requests refer to it as the Censorship Industrial Complex.
Learning that Elon Musk’s pick for the new Twitter CEO was someone who played a powerful role within this complex is something anyone who values free speech should find deeply concerning—and this concern is in addition to the concerns regarding her position within the notorious globalist organization, the World Economic Forum.

The Ad Council: A War Propaganda Machine
The As Council, originally named “The War Advertising Council” was founded during World War II on February 18, 1942 with the following mission: “invest in the minds and hearts of Americans with behaviors deemed to be necessary to win the war.”
The U.S. Government helped create what is now known as the Ad Council in order to promote government propaganda during the war.
One of their most famous propaganda campaigns that came from this time was the now iconic Rosie the Riveter ad. Its goal was to incentivize women to join the workforce due to the shortage of men caused by their absence fighting overseas—and reportedly made a positive impact.
It’s also worth noting, the word “propaganda” generally has a negative connotation, but in actuality it doesn’t always equate to nefarious intentions. For instance in this particular case during WWII, many would argue the use of the “We Can Do It!” propaganda campaign helped raise public awareness and address a need to help salvage the economy during the war.
(Pictured: “Rosie the Riveter” arguably one of the most well-known American propaganda campaigns to come out of the World War II era promoted by the War Advertising Council, later renamed and now known as the Ad Council.)
When the war was over, the organization rebranded itself as the Ad Council and continues to push powerful propaganda to influence the minds of the American people.
When the Pandemic hit, no organization was better prepared to push the government approved narrative than the Ad Council—war time propaganda is literally what they were made for.
In January 2021, when the government started preparing to promote the new “Safe and Effective” narrative for the novel mRNA technology and wanted every American to roll up their sleeves—Linda Yaccarino was appointed Chairman of the Ad Council. She still sits on the board today and has since 2014.

$50 Million Reasons to Push Propaganda & Censorship
In November 2020, just 2 months prior to Linda taking on her new role, The Ad Council received a staggering $50 million dollar budget from the COVID Collaborative, an organization who’s website states: was founded “in collaboration with The Rockefeller Foundation, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and multiple supporters” and happens to connect every private and state organization that played an active role within the Censorship Industrial Complex.
What was the purpose of this $50 million+ dollar budget? According to their press release—essentially to push vaccine propaganda on behalf of the government and the companies that profit from them.
Excerpt from The Ad Council’s press release:
“With many Americans not yet committed to getting a COVID-19 vaccine when available, leaders in communications, policy and health unite to create a research-driven public education campaign”
So what was Linda’s take on the The Ad Council’s effort?
A few months before she took over as Chair of the Board for the Ad Council she tweeted: “The Ad Council is working to inform Americans why we MUST embrace an FDA-approved Covid vaccine,” and tagged the CEO of the Ad Council, Lisa Sherman. More on Lisa Sherman to follow.
The Conflicts of Interest Between The Ad Council’s CEO, Chairman and Pfizer’s Vice President
In April, Ad Council CEO Lisa Sherman posted a picture on Twitter and Facebook of herself, and Linda Yaccarino at a book launch event for Pfizer’s Executive Vice President, Sally Susman, in which she captioned:
“So proud of my BFF Sally Susman! Her incredible new book, Breaking Through, is a must-read for anyone who is passionate about using the power of communications to drive real change, and we just had to celebrate her.”
More on Sally Susman and her political activism and her activism to push corporations to take a stance on big political and cultural issues will be published in another article that should come out soon.
Controversies During Linda’s Tenure as Chairman of The Ad Council
1. The Ad Council’s “Elmo Gets A Covid Vaccine”
The public backlash was instant and all-consuming when the Ad Council launched a PSA casting Muppets to target and pressure children to get an unnecessary gene therapy in which many long-term side effects were/are still unknown. However, at the time the Elmo video was released in June 2022 the risks of potential harm to kids was known.
In June 2021, one year prior the FDA acknowledged risks impacting youth who received the Covid-19 vaccine had an elevated risk of heart inflammation, known as Peri/Myocarditis.
Yet, the Ad Council continued to target children who were at little to zero risk of such disease.
The well-known satirical outlet, The Babylon Bee, struck back with a scolding headline that accurately explained why the Ad Council should have never targeted children when there were known risks of harm of the Covid-19 vaccine that outweighed the benefit of the disease—especially for young people:

2. NBC & The Ad Council Both Caught Spreading Misinformation
An NBC article touting The Ad Council plans back in February 2021 titled “How The Ad Council Plans to Get American’s Comfortable with Vaccines” has an embedded video within the article that parrots the FDA’ proclaimed safety of the J&J vaccine. Ironically, Johnson & Johnson would later be linked to strokes and blood clots. And just last week, the FDA announced it revoked J&J’s Emergency Use Authorization due to such safety issues.
3. In March 2021 The Ad Council aimed to target Conservatives who were “Hesitant” about the Vaccines
From the Ad Council’s website:
“As part of an ongoing effort to reach hesitant conservative Americans about the vaccines, our media tour with former New Jersey governor Chris Christie garners 31 placements including MSNBC and Fox News, reaching an estimated 27.6 million people”
Thinking they could sway minds of Conservatives to get vaccinated, they called on the public to follow the health advice of Gov. Chris Christie, who’s a true picture of health:

4. Ad Council Launches Campaign To Target Any Hesitant 12-24 Year-Olds to Get Vaccinated
On September 21, 2021 the Ad Council received new research showing that
1 in 5 young adults age 18-24 were still unvaccinated—so in order to compel these young people to get an unnecessary EUA shot for a virus that impacted predominately octogenarians and nonagenarians, the Ad Council rolled up their sleeves and pushed out more propaganda.
On the same day, they also targeted hesitant parents to compel them to vaccinate their 12- to 17-year-olds. Here’s the propaganda video they launched to target young people.
5. The Ad Council’s Fear Campaign
As one of the Twitter Files journalists, Matt Orfela, wrote:
“The New Twitter CEO, Linda Yaccarino, helmed the fear campaign to scare Americans into believing mass experimental injections were a NECESSARY "first step to ending the pandemic". "The science is clear," says the man who lied about Iraq WMDs & falsely connected Iraq to 9/11.”

Linda Yaccarino is a smart and savvy business woman. However, it appears Linda only prioritizes profits and corporate interests , seemingly lacking any indication of ethics and principles.
There’s no doubt she will be effective at bringing in profits and the trust of advertisers back to Twitter when Elon needs it most, but at what cost?
Will anyone questioning or exposing corruption of one of her advertisers be suppressed in their reach? If so, how can we expect to hold such corrupt entities accountable if their protection can be bought by the new sheriff of the de facto town square. This does not align with Musk’s publicly stated vision for the company. The public can only hope this is a temporary fix until he’s able to structure it without the reliance of corporate interests that already control the mainstream media with their advertising dollars.
Linda should seriously consider stepping away from her position within the World Economic Forum, but we shouldn’t expect a voluntarily ethical move from a ladder climbing corporatist anytime soon.
Could Elon Musk be setting a trap for his new CEO? Let her inside the machine to do some nonsense, learn how she does it, with whom and then expose it? Is he hoping Tucker Carlson, Texas Lindsay, RFKJr, Dr. Aaron Kheriaty, Dr. Peter McCullough, Edward Dowd, The Grayzone, Matt Taibbi, Jimmy Dore, Glenn Greenwald's System Update, Chris Martenson's Peak Prosperity, Judge Andrew Napolitano, Gerald Celente, George Galloway, Neil Oliver, Rep. Thomas Massie and others will do their thing, confront and expose Yaccarino every step of the way for some sort of "balance" or better yet dismemberment and unwinding of the cabal? This worked recently for bringing down other various propagandists and censors.
Nothing else makes sense to me. If this is the scheme maybe it will succeed, add momentum to the Great Unraveling. We can all help with that. There are so many individual voices doing this work on a smaller scale it is additive: building to an effective and formidable set of countermeasures. Like the ferocious Jikkyleaks #mousearmy. Yaccarino won't have many of her previous techniques and resources available to her in the Twitter toolbox. Velvet hammer disarmed.
Do we leave Twitter 2.0 in protest? Call a Bud Light type boycott? I see so much good coming from the vast amount of previously suppressed people and topics being set free on Twitter. I will take a chance, carry on with watchful waiting and continued participation for awhile. The build up to the election could be what drives the timeline for the colossal prize fight of our time, with transparency thrown on it for all of us to participate in and witness.
Texas Lindsay's post here is a great start. Let the games begin.
